1. The liability of the members is limited.

2. Every member of the Institute undertakes to contribute to the property of the Institute in the event of the same being wound up while he is a member, or within one year after he ceases to be a member, for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Institute (contracted before he ceases to be a member) and of the costs, charges, and expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves, such amount as may be required, not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00).

3. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.
Please retain you receipt for proof of purchase.
If your item purchased is deemed faulty please contact the Australian Institute of Professional Photographers web team at admin@aipp.com.au to organise for a return envelope to be sent to you in which the goods can be returned for repair or exchange depending on type of return.
All items include a 12 month warranty. A copy of the original receipt must also be included in the return envelope. Please allow 14 - 30 days for your item to be returned.
